Such form of labour relations flows from some countries of Africa to Europe,
as slavery also. To pay off with the carriers, many illegal immigrants
actually become their slaves. In October the police of the Netherlands has
arrested 19 persons on charge in illegal transportation of people from
Niger. Policemen asserted that before a trip Nigerian smugglers forced
